WooCommerce Connector & Bridge URL Error

In this help article, I will show you how you can fix this error message when trying to Connect the Zendrop Plugin:

CAN NOT INSTALL CONNECTOR CAN'T VERIFY BRIDGE URL: HTTPS://YOURWEBSITE.COM/WP-JSON/A2C/V1/BRIDGE-ACTION. STATUS CODE:404

 

 

Click on Permalinks (Under Settings) and select Post Name.

Make sure you scroll down the page and click Save Changes.

 

 

Once you've saved your changes, go back to the Zendrop Plugin and try to connect it again.

If you are still getting the same error message, it means that Cloudflare is blocking the connection.

 

Please login to your Cloudflare account (Domain Name > Security > WAF) and whitelist the IP below:

 

• Whitelist the IP address on Cloudflare: 144.76.201.51 (How to whitelist an IP address on Cloudflare)
• Disable Super Bot Fight Mode

Once you've allowed the IP address and disabled Super Bot Fight Mode, go back to the Zendrop plugin and try to connect it again.

 

 

You should now be able to click on Connect and get the information to link your WordPress site to Zendrop 🙂
