Did your customer forget to enter their information or shipping address while placing their order? No worries! You can add all the necessary information to your customer’s order before fulfilling it.
Here is the step-by-step process:
STEP 1: Click on the Orders tab at the top of your Zendrop account, search for the order you'd like to edit, then click on the Add Address button.
STEP 2: Add the customer information then click on the Add button.
