After a customer has added one of your products to their cart, entered in the required information, and are ready to click on the Continue to Payment button, they may be presented with this error message:
"This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information."
The reason this is happening may be due to shipping rates not being set up for your Shopify store. Shipping rates are required in order for your customers to continue to the payment page. To resolve this issue, you simply need to add the shipping rates. For the steps on how to resolve this issue from within your Shopify account, please continue reading:
STEP 1: Click the Settings button, then select Shipping and Delivery from the list of options.
STEP 2: At the top of the Shipping and Delivery page, click the Manage Rates button found in the upper right hand corner of the General Shipping Rates section.
STEP 3: At the very bottom of the Manage Rates page, click the Add Rates button.
STEP 4: Review the information on the window that pops up, then click the Done button.
STEP 5: Click the Save button at the top of the page to ensure that all changes made are applied.
